Return & Exchange Policy

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

The Company hereby promises that customers may apply for return or exchange of products within 7 days from the date of actual receipt of goods, provided that the following conditions are met:
 
  1. The product itself has quality defects;
  2. The product was damaged during transportation;
  3. The wrong product was delivered (i.e., the received item does not match the ordered one), and the product remains in a condition that does not affect secondary sales.

Exclusions from 7-Day No-Reason Return

  1. Customized personal products;
  2. Products that have been used (electronic products are deemed used once they are powered on);
  3. Products with wear and tear on the main unit, functional components or accessories;
  4. Products whose original packaging is lost or severely damaged (except for unpacking for inspection purposes), which actually affects the secondary sales of the goods;
  5. Products that are unsuitable for return due to their nature, and for which you have confirmed the non-returnable nature at the time of purchase;
  6. Other situations where the product condition is compromised and affects secondary sales.

How to Apply for Return & Exchange

  1. Return & Exchange for Personal Reasons
     
    Within 7 days of receiving the goods, if the product does not affect secondary sales, you may send an email to the after-sales service center. The after-sales customer service team will process your request within 1–3 working days upon receiving the email. The customer shall bear all freight costs incurred for the return or exchange.
  2. Return & Exchange for Quality Reasons
     
    Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please send an email to the after-sales service center at: service@mail.yipnest.com. The customer service team will process your application within 1–3 working days upon receiving the email. The Company shall bear all freight costs incurred for the return or exchange.
  3. Regarding Refund Processing
     
    Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please contact the courier company directly to arrange the return. After the courier company receives the returned goods, it will notify the Company of the relevant refund matters. The Company will complete the refund process within 15 working days.
